The work comes from
understanding the pain
from the inside.
Not from a theory. Not from a consultancy framework. From time spent inside businesses where things were slow, manual, and messier than they needed to be.
I'm Vladislav. I work with small and mid-sized businesses across Ireland to fix the operational friction that slows growth down and wastes time every single day.
The reason I understand the problem isn't that I've read about it. It's that I've been in it. I've been the person manually copying data between systems, building quotes from scratch for the third time this week, watching leads go cold because the follow-up process depended on someone remembering. I know what that feels like from inside a business — not from the outside looking in with a slide deck.
That experience changed how I approach the work. The most useful thing I can do for a business isn't to sell them the most impressive-sounding solution. It's to find the actual bottleneck, understand the real-world constraints, and build or fix the minimum thing that removes the maximum friction.
I work with trade businesses, service companies, small teams, and founder-led operations. Typically, companies between 2 and 30 people — big enough to have real operational problems, small enough that those problems are still fixable without a six-month project.
The work ranges from a single integration built in a day to a full-process audit and rebuild over a few weeks. The scope comes from the problem, not from a fixed menu of services. And the way I work is direct: clear scope, agreed cost, no unnecessary meetings, fast turnaround when the work allows it.
If something in your business is slower than it should be, I'd like to hear about it.
