Web design, automation &
business systems for
Irish SMEs.
Every engagement is shaped around your specific situation. These are the areas where the work gets done — for trade businesses, service companies, and small teams across Ireland.
The problem
Most small business websites are built to exist, not to work. They look acceptable, they're live, and then they do nothing. Visitors land and leave. No enquiries, no trust built, no action taken.
What I build
Fast, clean, well-written sites that clearly communicate what you do and why someone should call you over a competitor. The copy, structure, and layout are all built around one thing: turning visitors into enquiries. No bloated page builders, no generic templates, no placeholder content left in.
Expected outcome
More enquiries from the same traffic. Visitors who understand what you do and feel confident getting in touch. A site that works as a sales tool, not just a business card.
The problem
Most small businesses are running 4–8 different tools with almost no connection between them. Information is copied manually, jobs are tracked in one place and invoiced in another, and your team is the manual glue holding it together.
What I build
Connections between the tools you already use — CRMs, inboxes, job management software, spreadsheets, calendars, forms. When a lead comes in, the right information goes to the right place automatically. When a job is completed, the invoice process starts. When a customer books, your calendar updates. Without anyone doing it manually.
Expected outcome
Fewer manual steps, less data entry, faster processing. Information in the right place at the right time, without someone spending an hour a day making it happen.
The problem
Businesses grow messily. What worked with 2 people stops working with 8. Processes get patched rather than properly fixed. By the time something is really slow, it's been slow for years and nobody questions it anymore.
What I do
A structured look at how work actually flows through your business — from a lead or enquiry to completion. I map what happens, who does what, where it's slow, where things depend on memory, and where the biggest time losses are. Then I give you a clear view of what to fix, in what order.
Expected outcome
A clear, honest picture of where time is going. Prioritised actions rather than a list of everything. Often, a few targeted fixes have a bigger impact than a full overhaul.
The problem
Sending the same email again. Updating the same spreadsheet again. Checking the same form again. Repetitive, low-value tasks eat hours that should be spent on things that actually grow the business.
What I build
Automations that handle the routine work — sending confirmation emails, updating records, creating tasks, moving data between systems, generating reports, triggering reminders. Built with the right tool for the job. Not overcomplicated.
Expected outcome
Hours returned to your team each week. Routine work that happens reliably without anyone managing it. Fewer things falling through because someone forgot to do them.
The problem
A spreadsheet that's grown into something nobody fully understands. A process held together by manual steps because there's no tool that fits quite right. Off-the-shelf software that costs too much or does too much for what's actually needed.
What I build
Lightweight, custom-built tools designed for how your business actually works. Internal dashboards, quoting tools, job trackers, intake forms, reporting systems. Built simply, maintained easily, without the enterprise price tag.
Expected outcome
A tool that fits your business precisely — not one you've had to adapt your business to fit. Your team uses it because it makes their work easier, not because they have to.
The problem
Software that isn't set up right. Tools the team doesn't know how to use properly. Technical problems that sit unresolved for weeks because nobody in the business has the time or knowledge to deal with them.
What I do
Direct, practical help with the technical problems holding your business back. Tool configuration, software troubleshooting, system setup, email and workspace organisation, security basics. Handled properly, without jargon, without unnecessary complexity.
Expected outcome
The technical problem is resolved. Your team can do their work properly. You're not paying for an ongoing support contract for something that needed a few hours of attention.
